If you're not happy with MentionCatch after subscribing, request a full refund within 7 days of your first charge. No questions asked.
Email support@mentioncatch.com with the email address associated with your account. We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Refunds after 7 days are handled on a case-by-case basis. We want you to be happy — reach out and we'll work something out.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
